The development of the New Patient Treatment Plan was sometimes delayed due to incomplete records, resulting in delayed treatment.

To reduce the average number of days to complete a record once the Request for Information (ROI) is received, and before the appointment with the intake physician, by over 60% from 11 days to 4 days. Also, to reduce the amount of overtime hours to complete records per pay period by 70%.
